His practice focuses on financial, banking and tax criminal law, environmental criminal law, and workplace health and safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also advises Italian and multinational companies, including on the drafting and updating of Organisation and Management Models under Legislative Decree No. 231\/2001.
