A Bocconi University graduate, Nicoló qualified as a lawyer in 2021 and joined Simbari Avvocati Penalisti in 2024. His practice focuses on financial, banking and tax criminal law, environmental criminal law, and workplace health and safety.
He also advises Italian and multinational companies, including on the drafting and updating of Organisation and Management Models under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. Since March 2025, he has served on the Sports Law Commission of the Milan Bar Association and teaches sports criminal law at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
