We are building today's professionals for tomorrow.
WILL Next Generation was created to build a concrete bridge between emerging talent and an international network of established professionals. The idea is to offer students, recent graduates, and young professionals a real space for growth, dialogue, and participation within an international context where skills, vision, and relationships truly matter.
This is not just about joining a network, but about starting a journey. WILL Next Generation aims to guide a new generation capable of bringing energy, fresh ideas, and contemporary perspective to the legal, business, and professional world, contributing to the development of cross-border collaborations and fostering ongoing dialogue between established experience and new viewpoints.
In this project, innovation and internationality become concrete tools for growth. Technology, legal tech, modern communication, and cultural openness are integral parts of a vision that looks to the future, with the goal of training young professionals who are prepared, connected, and ready to become tomorrow’s partners and leaders.

01. Innovating the profession
Technology, legal tech, artificial intelligence, and new digital tools are transforming the way we work, communicate, and build professional relationships. WILL Next Generation aims to give young people a tangible space to bring new skills, ideas, and perspectives to the network, contributing directly to its evolution.
02. Connecting beyond borders
Joining WILL Next Generation means becoming part of an international community and engaging with different professionals, cultures, and systems. The new generations can build relationships, collaborate on shared projects, and develop a truly international vision of their profession.
03. Growing to lead the future
WILL Next Generation was also created to prepare the professionals who will one day play an active role in the growth and leadership of the network. Engaging with senior members, participating in projects, and being involved in WILL activities transform the network into a real path of professional growth.
How WILL Next Gen works.
Who can join
WILL Next Generation is aimed at students in their final years of university, recent graduates, and young professionals under 30 in the legal, economic, tax, and international fields. To apply, a good command of English, at least one other language, and sponsorship from two members of the WILL network are required.
What it means to be part of it
Members of WILL Next Generation become active affiliates of the network and participate concretely in its growth. They can contribute to themes of digital innovation and new technologies applied to the profession, collaborate with senior members, and take part in future committees dedicated to marketing and technology. Each year, the group is also called upon to develop and present an Innovation Project to the Board, transforming ideas and new skills into concrete proposals for the future of WILL.
How to apply
The application process requires a short cover letter or a video of about two minutes on the topic: “How can I use technology and modern thinking to make the law more accessible?” Applications are then evaluated by the WILL Board together with the sponsors and regional representatives involved.
